Question: Where is the exact location in Ikorodu?
Ans: The site is directly opposite the Ikorodu GRA III scheme. The GRA III is behind the LSDPC Estate at Odonguyan, while Odonguyan is along Lagos-Sagamu Road, before the PZ Factory. It is approximately 8mins drive from Ikorodu Roundabout.

Question: Is the neighbouhood built/or developed? Can I start building immediately?
Ans: Odonguyan is developed. People are living in the LSDPC Estate already, while the GRA III is fast growing. Infrastructures have been provided in the GRA with few people living there. Construction work can commence in 6months when our infrastructure contractors would have completed work.

Question: Why should I buy into your Estate? What are the benefits?

Question: How many times do I pay the N850,000? Can you give me Mortgage on it?
Ans: If you can’t pay once you can spread it without interest for 2 or 3 installments between now and April 2009. However, if you want to spread it beyond April we can offer you a no stress mortgage on it for maximum of 12months.

Question: What is the payment structure/schedule like?
Ans: If you are paying twice, you pay N425,000 now and give me a postdated cheque for the balance of N425,000 to be presented at any date of your convenience on or before April 31st, 2009.
If you want to pay three times, you’ll pay N425,000 now and give me two post dated Cheques to spread the balance in equal installments of N212,500 each payable on or before April 31st, 2009.
And if you want to spread repayment for 12 months, you’ll pay N300,000(minimum) as first installment an pay N56,000 monthly for 12 months!

Question: What do I need to bring for documentation?
Ans: Simple. Just pick an Application Form at the cost of N2,500 (non-refundable), fill all the required information and return the completed Aplication Form with 2No. Passport Photograph.

Question: What if am buying 10 or 20 plots, any discount?
Ans: We have already provided for discount of N450,000 on each plot in this 2nd Phase in comparision with what is obtainable around the site.

Question: What about the payment?
Ans: All payments (Cheque/Cash) should be made in favour of Spring Estate Ikorodu at our Office at No.16, Diya Street, Ifako Gbagada. Payments can also be made at any of the Spring Bank Offices nationwide into the following account

Please send SMS to 07029415117 or 07029415120 once you effect payment, please state name as noted in the application form, the amount paid and the Spring Bank branch where payment was made.

Question: All these are promises. How am I sure you are going to do all these?
Ans: We are not looking for facility like individual developers. As a mortgage bank with the vision to provide solution to housing needs, Springmortgae Plc is finacing the project and has an approved estate development standard.

Question: What title document will I get?
Ans: A Deed of Assignment

Question: How long would the N850,000 price last?
Ans: This is an introductory price on a limited number of plots. The price would increase as soon as we exhaust that quantity.
